Prohibited Conduct
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, interfere with its operation, transmit malware, harvest data from other users or engage in any activity that could damage the reputation or technical integrity of infokite. Any breach may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action under applicable UK law including the Computer Misuse Act 1990.

When you create an account or submit enrolment forms you are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided. You retain ownership of any original content you submit but grant infokite a non-exclusive licence to use that information solely for administering your enrolment and delivering services. We do not host public user-generated content such as comments or forums.
Ownership of Site Content, Trademarks and Permitted Limited Use
All course materials, videos, documentation and website content remain the exclusive property of infokite or its licensors. You may download and use purchased materials for personal study only. No rights are granted to copy, modify, publish or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent. Trademarks and logos must not be used without authorisation.

Availability, Changes, Suspension and Termination
We aim to maintain continuous access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. infokite reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue courses or the site at any time. Enrolled learners will receive reasonable notice of material changes affecting their studies. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms without refund where permitted by law.
Disclaimers
Course content is provided for educational purposes and reflects current industry practice at the time of delivery. infokite does not warrant that completion of any course will guarantee employment or specific technical outcomes. All warranties implied by law, including satisfactory quality, are limited to the maximum extent permitted under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Limitation of Liability
Subject to mandatory consumer protections, our total liability for any claim arising from the site or courses shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of profits or data, except where caused by our negligence or fraud.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify infokite against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of course materials, except to the extent caused by our own negligence.
Governing Law, Courts and Consumer Dispute Rights
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in the United Kingdom retain the right to bring proceedings in their local courts and to use alternative dispute resolution services where available under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and UK GDPR provisions.
Severability, Waiver, Changes, Contact Route and Last-Updated Date
If any provision is found invalid the remaining terms continue in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
